You Can Teach An Old "Dog" New Tricks

While the stereotype of the head chef as furious dictator gets played out so often on television, our Executive Chef, Andrew Borgmeier, or as he is often referred to as “Andy B.”, couldn’t be further from this colorful depiction. Chef Andy B. is the most calm and accommodating chef that I have had the pleasure of working alongside during my life of catering.

Recently Chef Andy B. demonstrated his friendly nature by inviting the Mother of the Bride for a June Wedding to our interactive kitchen to learn first hand how to make her Traditional Puerto Rican Rice and Beans.
