It feels like Fall?

There are many reasons that I continually remember that I am not a native southerner. Usually I remember I am a transplant when I find myself not being polite or realizing that I am not totally into college football, but most often I notice I am not a true southerner when I hear my neighbors talk about the changing of the seasons.

Since the start of September I have heard on many occasions, “how it feels like fall”. Granted, the temperature has decreased from 95 degrees with 90 percent humidity to a pleasant 85 degrees, but this weather is not what I attribute to fall. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining about the “fall” in South Carolina, or the “winter” for that matter. Hilton Head offers some of the best weather in the country year-round, (hmm…glossing over July & August), but it just rings a different bell from leaves changing color and seeing your breath in the early morning.

My ramblings aside, as we enter the Fall Season on Hilton Head Island, I would like to invite you to ‘Fall into Fun’, with Celebration Events, as I share a few upcoming events!
