Save The Date for the Get Hitched On Hilton Head Wedding Weekend

Hello families and friends of Julie Klein and Dave Battiste! We look forward to welcoming you this November 12th – 14th when Julie and Dave Get Hitched on Hilton Head Island!

A full schedule of events is planned for the exciting destination wedding weekend, from rehearsal dinner and welcome party (Friday) to oceanfront ceremony and sunset reception (Saturday) and Farewell Champagne Brunch (Sunday).

Please consult this page on a regular basis as we will continue to provide updates on wedding weekend events and activities. At this time we encourage you begin arranging your flights for the November wedding weekend.

Bachelorette Party: Thursday, June 11th

The bride, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, Celebrations and CH2 friends and other VIP guests gather for a complimentary photo shoot session on location with Photography By Anne. Hair styling and make-up provided by Salon 5200. Bachelorette Couture offered by Madhouse Vintage. Catering courtesy of The Asian Bistro. Come indulge in the moment and prepare to pose!

Groomsmen Golf: Friday, November 12th
9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Crescent Pointe Golf Club
1 Eagle Point Drive, Bluffton

The groom, groomsmen and fathers of bride and groom tee it up at Crescent Pointe. 18 Holes of Signature Arnold Palmer Golf are the gift of Crescent Pointe and include refreshments and a late afternoon lunch at the club house. All handicaps welcome and coolers encouraged!

Mobile Maidens’ Massage: Friday, November 12th
9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Faces Day Spa Cabana
on location at ResortQuest Bridal Party Home

The bride, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom relax and revive under the famed Faces Day Spa “Cabana,” a portable massage experience featuring authentic cabana tent, lavish massage tables, spa lotions, soothing music and of course, the master masseuse!

Wedding Rehearsal: Friday, November 12th
4:30 to 5:30 pm at Harbour Town Golf Links

Bridal Party including pastor, bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl and ring bearer, parents of the bride and scripture readers gather on 18th Lawn to review their roles and sequence of events at the wedding ceremony.

Rehearsal Dinner: Friday, November 12th

Three select courses served courtesy of the Westin, accompanied by Mirassou Wine, compliments of Ben Arnold Spirits and a Groom’s Cake dessert, created expressly for our Get Hitched Groom by Sheri’s Edible Designs. The bride, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom receive red-carpet services including hair styling and make-up to complement wedding-day couture. All About Me stylists and make-up artists to rotate services as they accommodate bridal party prior to departure for Harbour Town.

For Men Only Massage: Saturday, November 13th
9:00 am to Noon at The Art of Massage

It’s the groom’s and groomsmen’s turn, fathers too! Refresh and rev it up before the nuptials with deep tissue massages by one of the island’s newest relaxation resources. Massages approximately 30 minutes each. Attendance is optional.

Wedding Ceremony: Saturday, November 13th
3:30 pm on the 18th Green Lawn at Harbour Town Golf Links

The long-awaited moment…the bride and groom Get Hitched on Hilton Head, on the banks of the Calibogue Sound beneath the beloved candy-stripe lighthouse in The Sea Pines Resort. Family and friends gather on the 18th Lawn at the Harbour Town Links to witness the exchange of vows, brief readings and an island serenade. Congratulations and best wishes to our deserving newlyweds! Many thanks to The Sea Pines Resort and violinist Catherine Klimoff. Wedding Reception: Saturday, November 13th

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served promptly at 4:30 as the festivities begin alongside stunning views of the Intracoastal at Windows on the Waterway with catering provided by original signature sponsor, Celebrations Catering & Events, wine and champagne offered by Ben Arnold Spirits and Strawberry Cream wedding cake presented by Sheri’s Edible Designs. Dining al fresco on the Windows porch and live entertainment by the Permanent Tourists highlight an evening of toasting, tasting and dancing through a memorable sparkler farewell. Farewell Brunch: Sunday, November 14th

Transportation Note:

Trolley service will be provided from the Main Street Inn and Westin hotels to the wedding location at Harbour Town Golf Links and reception following at Windows on the Waterway. Trolley service will also be available from the reception back to the Main Street Inn and Westin.
