The Pulled Pork was a hugeeeeee success. We couldn’t believe the generous portions you provided which equaled two meals worth plus a small portion for lunch the next day. Of the sauces the Mustard Sauce won, then the Carolina and then the Vinegar. Our son in law even took the remaining Mustard Sauce home. The Corn Souffles also were a big hit with not a drop remaining.
Thank you again for all your help. I will surely recommend your services to anyone visiting Hilton Head.”
